A simple and elegant design, this beaded ceiling light fixture never overpowers the room. These fixtures were popular from the 1920s through the 1940s and were manufactured in many different colors, designs, and shapes.
Drop down polished brass war era ceiling light with vintage enameled glass shade and new beaded chain fixture
Measurements: The fixture measures 11 1/4 inches at its widest point and has a max drop of 14 inches.
Condition: The vintage shade is a nice oyster color with a light pearl coating over the glass. The shade is showing it's antiquity with inconsistencies in its finish, most notably some smudging, scratches, and worn finish in the enamel. The polished brass fixture has some minor inconsistencies. The fixture is limited in its scale of production and, being such, is not UL listed.
Electrical: The fixture uses a standard medium base bulb. Use 60-watt bulb. Bulb not included. Suitable for dry locations.
