Vintage pendant ceiling light fixture with hand-painted pastel floral patterns which were very popular in fashion and home decor in the 1930s. These patterns typically featured soft, muted colors such as pale pink, blue, green, and yellow, and were often inspired by the Art Deco movement. The pastel colors and floral motifs were seen as feminine and romantic and were a popular choice for both fashion and home decor during this era. The fixture features a vintage satin opal glass shade and a new cloth cord pendant light fixture. The fixture has been cleaned, and detailed and includes hardware making for a convenient installation.

Measurements: The fixture measures 10 inches at its widest point and is 98 inches long. The fixture can be changed to a shorter length by adjusting and removing the excess cord. *The cord in the pictures has been shortened for photographic reasons.

Condition: The ceiling light features a new cloth cord pendant fixture with a 3 1/4-inch shade holder, antique brass finial and check ring, and a vintage hand-painted glass shade. The new pendant fixture is U.L. Listed. The shade is in good condition and is showing its antiquity with minor inconsistencies, and some wear on the fitter neck.

Electrical: The fixture uses a standard medium base bulb. Suitable for dry locations. Use a 60-watt bulb.
